Love Letter to New York (Sense of Home) is a visual exploration of my search for home after experiencing trauma in traditional home spaces. Growing up in a broken home shaped my distorted views of what "home" could be. Moving to New York City, I documented physical spaces and their representation of home, navigating the lonely yet communal nature of the city. Through photography, I transitioned from seeing home as a physical space to finding it within people and ultimately within myself.
